About Pastor Andy Dehart:

Pastor Andy has been married to Meghan since 2003 and they are together raising their three children: Reese, Piper, and Judson. Andy and Meghan are natives of West Virginia. Andy has pastored churches in West Virginia, New Mexico, and Texas.  

Andy grew up in the church but did not come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior until a knee injury in high school caused him to question his identity and purpose in life. He was called into the ministry after two years of attending Shepherd University, a small liberal arts college in West Virginia. After graduating from Shepherd, Andy and his new bride, Meghan, moved to Fort Worth, Texas to begin his seminary training at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Andy is now a doctoral student at Gateway Seminary in Ontario, California.

Andy is passionate about preaching the Bible and helping believers, new and seasoned, understand the impact the gospel makes in their everyday lives. His desire is to help Paramount reach Amarillo, the Texas Panhandle, and the world with good news of Jesus. He loves date nights with Meghan, hitting volleyballs with Reese, playing catch with Piper, and having epic wrestling matches with Judson. Andy enjoys good cups of coffee and watching the West Virginia Mountaineers.
